I might still be in my early 20s but I am freaking out over how thin my hair has become over the years. I realize that a lot of it has to do with how I treat my hair, and it have not always been treated the best way. I admit to that. But, it might also have to do with hereditary. My dad had very thin hair while my mom has kind of thick hair. I do believe that I got my dads hair because that was curly and thin, fine. Just like my hair is. When I was a kid, my hair was just so much longer and thicker. Its not like I am doing something someone else is not doing to their hair. I barely use heat on my hair. I always protect it with UV and heat protecting spray and I let it air dry. Yes, I have beached it to an extreme point but I have done it with great care. And my har was just as thin before I did it.
Hereditary is really common. did you know that 1 in 3 women will notice hair loss in their life because of hereditary? AND it can begin as early as in your 20’s. (Hey look at me) So I have every right to start thinking about it now already. A normal person loose 50-100 hairs every day, a loss of 150 hairs or more is considered a significant loss. Do you feel that your hair is starting to thin out? Then maybe you are loosing more hair then normal daily.
It is important to start treating hair loss as soon as possible if you want your hair to grow and not thin out. Women’s ROGAINE® Foam is a once a day treatment, approved by the FDA, to help you regrow your hair. Massaging Women’s ROGAINE® Foam into your scalp reactivates your hairs follicles and stimulates hair growth. Clinical studies has shown that women who have used the Women’s ROGAINE® Foam for 12 weeks has experienced 48% thicker hair then before. A continued use is required to maintain the thickness.0
